Is there any action or fencing in this movie? I have an eight year old brother who loves The Adventures of Robin Hood, Captain Blood, The Sea Hawk and Dodge City. Would he like this? Meaning is this an adventure movie? Or does it have adventure in it?
shareI might be a bit too late for you, but this movie isn't really an action movie like the ones you mentioned. It is more of a drama. There are a couple of action scenes but they aren't very long.

This is a drama film with serious subtext and themes and with an ending not really suitable to be seen by a child. It's actually a rather disturbing film though the fact that it is made so early it is more family friendly.
P.S. This is not a action film! Incredibly far from it!
