Compared to the others, this one was phoned in.

Peter Lorre was awesome. No two ways about it.

One of my favorite of the series. Twister is hilarious and a good side kick. There is actually some continuity in this film as they mention his previous escape from Devil's Island in an earlier film. I thought that was refreshing.
