Browning's Swan Song

I've read some of the negatives and it doesn't dissuade me from ranking this l'il gem above average;


-wonderful mood(borders on the gothic)


-fine cast


-Young is slickly capable(in his youthful prime)


-pretty lead


-bizarre allusions to Satanism which deepens the mystery of "a who-dunnit"


-good pacing


-theme of magic\magicians adds to the alchemy of excitement !
