another boyer/dunne film?

I just saw a vintage movie magazine cover ("Screen Romances") with no year on it, with Charles Boyer and Irene Dunne in a film called "Modern Cinderella". Any idea why this isn't listed on imdb?

I tried to figure out if this IS one of their three films listed on imdb with a different working title or something, but I can't make this picture of Dunne as a waitress and Boyer as her customer match up with anything here.

Another film mentioned on this magazine cover is "The Rains Came" which is a 1939 picture. So I would guess it is the same time period as "Love Affair" and "When Tomorrow Comes".

Any ideas?

The link explains all, I think. Modern Cinderella was the title of the Cain novel from which When Tomorrow Comes was made. If you're referencing a movie still in that magazine, it sometimes happens that circulated stills may feature deleted scenes/actors/costumes and be very confusing.
