New restoration on Blu-ray?

Warner Home Video will shortly release this as part of a new box set devoted to classics from 1939, and later in June, it will be released separately. It is claimed to be "newly restored" and I wonder if anybody here knew what has been done. No original film elements survive for HUNCHBACK so I am not sure how much digital restoration could be achieved.
