Despite the IMDb Credits, I Doubt that John Qualen Is in This Movie

I have just watched Honeymoon in Bali (1939), in a 99-minute version (see my other note posted tonight), and the name of John Qualen, which appears in the credited cast list on the IMDb, is not found in the actual on-screen credits. So someone, either an IMDb user or someone in IMDb management, has inserted Qualen's name.

I doubt that Qualen is in the movie. I know his face and voice pretty well, and I can't find him anywhere.

They say that he plays a "Meek Man." I can't find any character in the film who fits that description. The one character who *might* be intended (though "meek man" would be a poor description) is the character asking the executive secretary which teddy bear to buy for a present for someone. But that character, even if we allow for wigs, hair dyed dark, etc., neither looks nor sounds like John Qualen.

If the person who inserted "John Qualen" into the credits is out there reading, could he/she indicate where Qualen can be found in the film?

Or if anyone else has spotted Qualen, could they point out the place?
