Early in the film, when the trio returns, "Bonnie Dundee" is played by the bagpipe corps.

Will he no come back again and The Atholl Highlanders are mentioned in the soundtrack listing. The first is my favorite: "Bonnie Charlie's Gone Away".

Yes, the endangered soldiers singing that as they go through the pass gives me goosbumps. Cheers to classic film composer Alfred Newman for his great score and for his weaving the Scots music into it!
