DVD, please
Let's put this on DVD, people.
After seeing this absoluely charming movie a year or so ago, I spent a while looking for TWENTIETH CENTURY, said to be John Barrymore's finest momemnt. Well, I've finally seen it; and come back to this, THE GREAT MAN VOTES, wanting to compare. Barrymore is a whiz in TWENTIETH CENTURY, true; but in this movie, he's actually sympathetic, human, tender, sentimental, insensible, wonderful.
Plus I love the kid actors too.
So let this movie be put onto DVD.
Amen.
