I finally got round to watching it.

I watched it for the first time (fully) about two years ago, Vivien Leigh was outstanding, as was the cinematography, the movie kinda drags in the second half but for the time it was made the cinema goers got their money’s worth!

It always makes me laugh when they add interludes on the DVD.

They should have cut out the whole thing with their child. It would have shortened it and really it was unnecessary.

I read there was almost an hour of additional filmed scenes cut for the theater release. Unfortunately, scenes that ended up on the cutting room floor literally were thrown away once the movie was printed for release. What any fan of Gone wouldn't do to see that hour restored.

I love GWTW. One of the greatest movies of all time...
