Marlon Brando would have raped Scarlett O'Hara.

It would have been a victory for all mankind.

In the film Clark Gable actually did rape her.
Pretty repugnant statement on your part, however.

reply

In the book. The movie, not so much.

reply

Really? What do you think he was dragging her kicking and screaming up the stairs for, anyway? Checkers?

reply

Any intended effect on her?

reply

You could see her happy about the whole thing the next morning so it's clearly implied it was mutual though it didn't start that way.

reply

If he "raped" her, why was she singing & smiling in bed the next morning.

Instead of caving into the current "rape culture" trope, try watch that whole scene again, or reading Margaret Mitchell's book. You'll see there was no rape.

Hmmm.. By that metric, my wife has raped me. I'm not sure how I should feel about this.
