I just saw Frontier Marshall and it was brutal...very hard to watch when the historical facts weren't even close to the actual story, especially at the very end when it showed his tombstone with the years of his birth and death...I hate when movie studios take such liberties with the truth...I never laughed so hard in my life...so what do I think?...Frontier Marshall sucked...

"My Darling Clementine" also takes gross, outrageous liberties with the historical facts- probably even worse than "Frontier Marshal". And yet, MDC is clearly the better FILM. The masterful hand of John Ford, a master storyteller is evident throughout. Ford cared little for historical facts, he wanted a story that moved along and entertained.
