'... Ils n'en ont point en Angleterre.'

I can't remember the first lines of the light poem Michel Simon's character is saying, when sharing wine with the "inmates", on their way to the revolt...

The last are "Je songe, en remerciant Dieu / Qu'ils n'en ont point en Angleterre."

The only mention I found through my so-called friend, on the internet, is an erotic poem by Maurice Donnay. But this one is about wine. Is it an adaptation? Can anyone give me a clue, or the full poem, and the author?

Thanks a lot. And for those who have not yet, watch "la Fin du Jour", Duvivier's master-piece.
