Battle of Oriskany

The Americans lost this battle we see the aftermath of it as the men come home wounded. Yet they make out in the film they won lol. Ah well guess it's not a massive problem, the Indians led by some British and loyalist officers stopped the American force, but the Indians retreated from the battlefield. The Americans lost some 300-350 men to just 70-80 Indian and British/loyalists. Many Indians thought the British would do most of the fighting and lost morale when they realised they were to be the ones doing the bulk of fighting, and thus suffer the most casualties.
