Daredevil trio + Jack Doc and Reggie

The basic plot of three "Daredevils" helping out an damsel in distress could have easily been taken from the famous I Love A Mystery radio serial. Jack, Doc and Reggie were always getting themselves involved in mysterious plots that left the listener hanging at the end of the fifteen minute episode. I never had the pleasure of meeting Carlton E. Morris, ILAM's creator, but I did know scriptwriter Barry Shipman. To my knowledge, they never met or collaborated on a script, but wouldn't it have been interesting if they did.
