Maybe I'm the only one who has entertained this thought, but: I wonder what Singing in the Rain would have been like had Judy Garland (rather than Debbie Reynolds) been cast.
Of course, Garland and MGM parted company for good in 1950, so that's one for the Book of Might Have Been. share
