Can you imagine having as many friends as Martin Vanderhof had?

Could you imagine having as many neighbors and as many good friends as Martin had? Imagine having enough friends that they can fill up a whole courtroom...now that would be something. And could you imagine having that many good neighbors? The majority of the ones we get move in by the dozen, and while they're like cockroaches, we can't wait for them to move out. It's too bad that you don't see a lot of people anymore like the Vanderhofs and the Sycamores and their neighbors. Anybody agree?
