This was a great movie-surprised it hasn't been seen more or gotten more praise.
After all these years,IMO-the flick holds up.
Maggs Hamiltons character whipping Beery's into shape is hilarious.
Mickey Rooney just died yesterday 4/6/14 and of all his films this is the one I hope TCM plays as part of his passing tribute,which will happen soon.

STABLEMATES-deffinatly one to look for.
