Riddle me this!

The future Penguin borrows a familiar line: "Riddle me this!"

I tuned in to this movie rather late, just in time to hear Burgess Meredith, TV's Penguin in "Batman", delivering this line, usually heard from the Riddler (Frank Gorshin). It made me LOL indeed! (That could be the first and last time I use "LOL"!)

Sometimes coincidences crop up in films, such as Claude Akins standing near that protest sign in "Inherit the Wind", when we know he'll be the gorilla general in "Planet of the Apes". Then, there's that episode of "The Outer Limits", "Cry of Silence", in which Eddie Albert, terrified by the weird actions of the tumbleweed, assures wife June Havoc that, if they get out of there, he'll never talk about getting that farm again! *snicker*snork* "Green Acres is the place to be..."
