I thought it was Ok but was happy to know Lucille Ball was in it.
Here is some 3 Stooges tidbits in regards to this picture:

Lucille Ball not only was in this movie with the Marx Bros, but she was also in a 3 Stooges episode (can't remember the title, but she played a gangster's moll)
I believe she also portrayed Harpo in the "I Love Lucy" show.

The policeman who sees Groucho and Mr. Wagner carry Mr. Davis in the alleyway was also in a few 3 stooges episodes, including one called "False Alarms".

I believe the stooges short you referto is THREE LITTLE PIGSKINS (1934).
Since we are on imdb it would be eay to verify.

Lucy is a great thread through many of the classic comedians - Marx, Stooges, Bob Hope..... Fred Mertz
