A different song in the soundtrack?

I have a soundtrack CD compiling tunes performed in the Marx Brothers films. For "Room Service", there is a song called "My Friend Going Back Home"; however, watching the film on VHS (of Japanese subtitle version; I am a Japanese), I noticed that the song sung at Davis's 'funeral' and the stage climax seemed to be different. I would appreciate it if anyone would tell me whether I am mistaken or not.

The song sung at the end is a couple of verses "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot."

You know, I've just finished watching the DVD and noticed exactly the same thing. I wonder what the reason was for the change? As on my old VHS copy, it's the first version you mentioned. How odd!

In the spanish version they sung "One last sweet cheerio", which resembles fonetically with the end of "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot", so it kind of matched. But yes, in some international copies the song is different although it is well concealed. I don't know why can this be. Mysterious.

Where did "one last sweet cheerio" come from?
