Teah, but did you notice that the first seven notes are identical to the old McDonald's theme "You Deserve A Break Today"? And a Big Mac is a sandwich with many parts but wishing for one would still be one wish. So one could conceivably ask for as their one wish, "two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onion on a sesame seed bun," it would qualify.
