Just a Question . . .

. . . is this the film that, in the 1960's, was shown on some local TV stations under the title The Runaway? Or did Pierre Brusseau do a film circa 1958 that isn't registered with IMDb, and was called The Runaway in English?

I ask because TV listings of the time listed the plot thus: "Tear-jerker about a lost boy's search for happiness."
