What was the Hymm?

Does anyone know what hymm plays during the scene where Eliza says "Here take the whole bloomin' basket for sixpence"?

If it's the bit of music I'm thinking about, it's not so much a hymn as a psalm. I can't remember the text off-hand, but the chant used is called 'Tonus Peregrinus'. As it happens, I think virtually any psalm text could be set to this chant, so in a way the text used in this instance isn't too important.
