that was one dangerous kitchen door there . Excellent movie , storyline , and cast just watched it on TCM ( Turner Classic Movies ) for the very first time . According to the TCM Schedule this movie is to be shown again - Tuesday February 26 , 2013 at 1:30PM . I'm so looking forward to it again .
shareI concur! The cast of stars, Brian Aherne, Bonita Granville, Clarence Kolb, Alan Mobray, Patsy Kelly, & of course Billy Burke are all in top notch form!! Every performance is "over the top"!! One of my favorite movies!!
shareI ordered the DVD because I'm trying to watch as many films as I can with Brian Aherne--I just love him.
I watched it for the first time around 1 o'clock this morning, and I was laughing so hard I thought I would wake up my neighbors. I can't imagine laughing this hard over one of today's movies.
I agree with stanleybix-1--the cast of stars are all in top-notch form.
I will definitely check out more of the "Screwball Comedy" genre. I'm a real "Film Noir" buff, so this is a real change of pace for me.
