first real estate sign reads "Rex Realty," in the next scene showing the property the sign reads "Globe Realty"

of course the real estate company could have changed, but...

1. If it were a goof, it would be a minor goof. It's becoming a pet peeve of mine to see people using words like HUGE and MAJOR for inconsequential minutia.

2. More to the point, the GLOBE sign is there at the beginning as is the REX sign as well as a harder to read sign that says something like ADAMS & BEAL REALTORS. There are three realtor signs and they don't change.

So? The audiences didn't have DVDs back then and they couldn't rewind the movie to check to see if a mistake was actually made.
