Who is the Actor Who Receives the Hat in the Final Musical Number?

At the end of Gold Diggers in Paris, there is a spot in the musical number where the characters pass the hat of Rudy Vallee (as they had at the beginning of the film). The hat is passed between the leads, and then shot over to the right of the screen, where it is caught by a large fat man accompanied by a little boy. The man is standing in front of a wine shop. (The sign in the window says "Vins".) The actor looks familiar to me, as if I've seen him in bit parts in about a dozen old movies, but there is no "man who catches hat" or "fat man in front of wine shop" character listed on the IMDb, not even in the extended credits, so I can't go from character to actor.

Does anyone know who this actor is?
