Thought the music in this movie was great....but I like these movies with the big band sound in them.... This song reminds me of something Kay Keiser's orchestra would do....

Funny you should mention Kay Kyser-he recorded the song, 'Love is Where You Find It'. which is playing in John Payne's dressing room about 15 minutes into the film. share I do love the Kay Kyser movies I have seen, a lot of fun, wild and crazy.... and am glad you provided the "Where You Find It" comment, as I had no idea. I also think Harry Babbit could sing anything and I would find it great....remarkable performer....IMO.
I am also a big fan of John "Tin Pan Alley" Payne though....get tired of the usual leading men, and women sometimes, and this movie provided him and.... Margaret Lindsay who I had never seen before.

I was glad I taped it....I 'played' it over and over for a while.... No probably a bit too crazy to be a hit, but like you say, a fun song.
