'if you're fooling me, i'm for it'

This is said about THREE TIMES when Sabu is trying to convince the Brits of something in the movie.

What the heck does this mean?

Fully, it means;

"If you're fooling me, I'm for The Chop"

literally, "I'll be busted/demoted"

"Void Where Prohibited"
Like Ozzy Osbourne did at The Alamo???

Thanks, thanks.....it is an odd thing to say "in and of itself"...

I am guessing that the speaker of it, does believe it, and would prefer that it would be true...and if the teller of the tale is fooling him - he would prefer it that way...

Funny how intriguing speech is always found in these great old movies...and how our everyday chat is always changing and evolving...

Thanks again for helping me out. :)
