Where is 'Moments Like This'?

I watched the 86-minute-long 2002 Universal DVD, and I never saw or heard Florence George (or anyone) sing 'Moments Like This'. Is it in a different version of the movie?, or did Paramount cut it from the release print in 1938? The opening titles do not list the specific songs, only the composers, and the combination of Frank Loesser (words) and Burton Lane (music) did get two other of their songs in the movie, 'How'd'ja Like to Love Me?' and 'What Did Romeo Say to Juliet'.
