Does this version have kids skating on the ice...

...in front of Scrooge's office? I only saw the beginning and don't know which version it was. I think it was this version or the 1952 version.

I know that we see Bob Crachit(played by Gene Lockhart) do it.

He's taking the knife out of the Cheese!

No, that was the 1984 version with George C Scott, Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim briefly stop to watch them. This version has Bob Cratchit having a snowballfight with some boys, throwing one at Scrooge by accident and then getting sacked.
