I saw the movie on TCM yesterday but I couldn't place what scene Anthony Quinn was in. If anybody knows I'd love to hear. Thanks.

I am not a big fan of Mr. deMille, and i had never seen this movie before, and know little history of Lafitte... HOWEVER, i stayed right with the picture [all 2+hrs.]...The expense making this picture must've been whopping.
How much of this movie is true?... I know the treaty of Gent was signed[effectively ending the 'War of 1812']. But the British wanted to keep the 'Western' territory from the USA.
I'm watching it now.
I didn't realise he was in it until the scene when Lafitte is releasing his men from prison. Frederick March commissions him and Akim Tamiroff as captains in the army and sends them back to collect the cannon. He is also visible it at least one battle sequence.
