The original 1938 version of The Buccaneer will be released by Olive Films on April 24, 2012. The film will be available on DVD only and retails for $24.95. No bonus features.

The 1938 film will arrive two months after Olive releases the 1958 remake on February 28, 2012.

FYI, it is now streaming on Netflix as well. Very good quality!
