VHS or DVD?

I’ve heard that if movies weren’t released on vhs, then they most likely won’t be released on dvd, does anyone know if there is any truth to this? And does anybody know if this movie was ever released on tape?

It was never released on VHS and there probably is some truth to your contention that films never released on VHS are not likely to see a DVD release. However there are many exceptions, especially in the silent film category. Many silent films are being released on DVD which were never seen on VHS, particularly foreign titles.

You can see this film occasionally on Fox Movie Channel. In fact it is airing tomorrow, Thursday the 19th of April, at 11 am EST. My DVD recorder will be going for it, you can be sure of that! I love William Powell.
