Man do I love this movie

Cagney is his cocky, shoulder-thrusting, chewing up and spitting out lines and lines of dialogue like an absolute pro best.

When he goes back to Bogey's office and you can just tell how badly he wants to ask about the dough...but let's Bogey talk himself into a circle is a great scene...

Also, the scene with Bancroft (Curly from another masterpiece, Stagecoach), Bogey and Cagney where Cagney lays down the law is so good. Cagney is an absolute firecracker in this movie...every scene is his.

The great back and forth between Bogey and Cagney is only rivaled by The Roaring Twenties. These guys took lines upon lines of dialogue and made it flow like water. So, so good!

A bunch of great lines. I love when he walks in to the drug store trying to get away from Kiefer's men hunting him down.
Druggist says, "Can I help you?"
Rocky: "I don't think so."

"Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?"
