She played Nova's Aunt at the birthday party. I remembered her as the dour, nasty and humorless Contessa in "The Lady Vanishes". So it was a nice surprise to see her in more playful surroundings, even being blind-folded to play blind man's bluff. And Basil Radford wearing that wacky birthday hat. I love Hitchcock's movies from the 30's.

The cast was superb, and especially Mary Clare and Basil Radford. I showed this and THE LADY VANISHES to my movie group Saturday night, and they quite liked both films.

I'm the kind of guy, when I move - watch my smoke. But I'm gonna need some good clothes though.
