Toppers Mansion

The exterior of the Topper Mansion is shown in the begining of the film.Mrs.Toppper(Constance Bennet) is knit picking about the manner in which Mr Topper procedes on his exit of the home-comparing him to a average Joe running to keep up with the commute and yells at him to stop running...thats when he walks out the door,meets his driver and we get a full look at the driveway and facade of the mansion....it looks like Hefners Playboy Mansion-
Does anyone know if the Topper Mansion is in fact the Playboy Mansion?
