Injust summary

This is the plot summary for this movie:

"But Stephen's incessant demands of Stella to become what she isn't leads to their eventual separation."

Seriously?
Is this serious?
Was this written by a feminist?

She was clearly a gold digger that abandons her just born child 2 days after to go to a party.

I agree to a point; Stella couldn't manage to change herself completely for Stephen, though I think she tried at the beginning, but her "fun-self" just naturally came out when she attended the party after her child's birth. Staid, straight-laced Stephen expects things to be "just so", like they were during his privileged growing-up years, and his courtship with his first love. So, Stella made her own bed and then was surprised and upset when she had to sleep in it.
