Has anyone noticed the title music? Was it used for the first time here?

It can be heard during several RKO films of this period ("Living On Love", "Having Wonderful Time", "She's Got Everything", "Hitting a New High", "Next Time I Marry") and in later more serious RKO films ("Action in Arabia", "Notorious", "The Locket", "The Secret Fury").
