San Quentin DVD extras - who is that on the blooper reel?

Just watched the movie which was fine, but the highlight on these Tough Guy DVD releases is The Warner Brothers Blooper Reels. My question for sharp eyed old movie buffs - at approx. 4:02 - 4:10 into the Breakdowns for 1937, there is a man with a woman in what appears to be a basement where he tells the woman she can stay and dry off her clothes. Does anyone know who the actor and actress are? Or better yet, what film this is from? My guess is, is that it is Mary Maguire and Tom Brown from That Man's Here Again based upon the film description.
