Mel Blanc

Clearly, Mel Blanc provides the hiccups for Porky's race car -- even though someone else is doing Porky's voice. Mel always listed his first credit as the drunken bull in "Picador Porky" (1937). But where does this cartoon fit in chronologically? Immediately after? Or is this, in fact, Mel Blanc's first cartoon work?
