Rather awkward, what!
Estelle Merle O'Brien Thompson come across as quite unlikeable in this awkward comedy.
shareAlso, I don't think she ever looked less attractive! All I could see was those overplucked, overdrawn eyebrows. I've always counted her among the top screen beauties, but not here. It's an ode (and warning) to any actress about embracing fads. (Do you hear me, Cameron Diaz? One day you'll regret that hair style in Something About Mary!) :-)
On the other hand, Rex was very pretty, indeed!
I agree. She does not look her best in this movie. She also comes across as a negative, shallow person.

Bad lighting,hair and makeup too.Bland story,with a few interesting outdoor scenes.The train even looked like a prop,4 or 5 stars for me.Did like the purple PJ man,so flamboyant and funny.
