Who was the actor who played the man drinking at the bar?

When Mr. Porter walks into Barney's bar he tries to sell excursion tickets to the man drinking at the bar and buys him a pint. The man says he has an uncle in Connemara, but then reveals that he is in the cemetery. Question: Who is this actor? There are actors with far lesser parts credited but not this man, it seems, and his scene is such a good one. So does anyone know who he was?
