Will Hay's naked scene cut
i was perplexed why the naked scenes with Will Hay and the tea lady in the station canteen were cut. This was Will Hay at his very best.
shareWell he did keep his orthopaedic corset on, and I suspect a body double (Monty Wooley probably).
Personally, my favourite deleted scene is the background IRA story; some of that newsreel footage is almost unviewable.

Fascinating! I don't recall those cut scenes from when, as a child, I first saw 'Oh, Mr Porter' on UK tv back in the late 60s. But this would have been before the commencement of 'the troubles', so may have not yet been excised for political expediency.
