Best Comedy Ever!!

This is my favourite 'screwball' comedy- works on every level- dark, funny, satirical, Carole Lombard just amazing- gorgeous early colour filming- as fresh today as it must have been over 70 years ago..- just see it!!

Yes, it's one of my favorites as well. I also like "It Happened One Night", "The Rage of Paris", and many others screwball comedies.

Very funny, and Carole Lombard was not only funny but gorgeous. I did have trouble at times following the dialogue. A bit unclear. But a great film.

It was definitely an uncommonly funny film, especially for its time. Much, much darker than your typical 30s comedy. And the overhead colour footage of 1930s Manhattan was stunning.

Nothing Sacred & To Be or Not To Be are my favorite Carole Lombard films. I'm watching Nothing Sacred on demand & my stomach hurts from laughing.
74 years ago today Carole, her Mother & Otto Winkler, plus 19 others were killed in that horrific plane crash.
