A question about the ending (potential spoiler)

Is it a murder-suicide? One of the characters describes it as a double suicide, but isn't it more likely that the wife kills her husband (Unno Matajuro) then herself? In the penultimate scene we see her holding a knife with her husband asleep on the floor.
