Kino Lorber has just announced they'll be releasing The Hurricane on both DVD and Blu-ray on November 24, 2015. SRPs are $19.95 and $29.95 respectively.
The film was first released on DVD in 1999 and has long been out of print. This is of course its first Blu-ray release.
Thanks for the heads-up! I never got the DVD and have had to make due with a DVD transfer off an old AMC airing I think it was (from the days when AMC used to be a good channel)

The DVD cover shows Dorothy Lamour wearing rather less than she actually does in the movie. Not sure if this was based on real poster art (not that I've seen) but it may help boost sales.
Yeah, I don't believe Dorothy ever wore a two piece sarong or even a two piece swimsuit for that matter in any film she did.
