For those who are interested, there is a superb, HD print of HISTORY IS MADE AT NIGHT online at HULU. It is as clear as crystal, with great sound, and beats the Brazilian CD (previously the best) by a country mile. It even looks great when you enlarge the picture to full screen, a dead giveaway that there's been work done.
