Niagra Falls, Slowly I Turn

I know this doesn't pertain to this particular movie, but it will have to be a start.
My sister and I have watched the Three Stoogies since we were little. Our dad would watch them with us and we would all sit and laugh our selves silly with tears in our eyes!
Our favorite scene is the one with Moe and I think Curley Joe was in the car. There was something mentioned about Niagra Falls, Slowly I turned, step by step. Thats all I can remember. We can't remember the name of the little episode or movie.
Any info would be much appreciated!
