Flower Girl?

Who is the Flower Girl in the Café Danube? She provided the rose that John Boles tosses at Ida Lupino after which she places it in the mouth of the dummy. The Flower Girl seems to have a very small speaking line and appears very similar to Loretta Young. Anyone know who she is? She doesn't appear in the credits at all. Thanks.
