Where can I find this?

I came across this film after coming to IMDB while watching an episode of the old 12 O'clock High TV show. (it's amazing where you can end up on this site. lol) Where can I find it? I've searched many sites, but it's nowhere to be found. Any ideas? Thanks.

This will be the high point of my day; it's all downhill from here.
